SCF HR Management Certificate Program

Small businesses in the Suncoast region without a formal Human Resources (HR) department or those interested in a career in HR can take advantage of SCF's HR Management Certificate Program.

The accelerated eight-week evening course will run each Wednesday from 6-9 p.m. May 26 through July 14 at SCF Lakewood Ranch. The program will address topics such as talent acquisition, performance appraisals, discipline, HR law, benefits and managing virtual work teams. These are all critical to the success of any business in St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Largo, Dunedin, Tarpon Springs, Tampa, Brandon, Ruskin, Sarasota and Bradenton.
