SCF Offers Real Estate Sales Pre-License Course

SCF, in partnership with Ritter Realty LLC, is offering a 63-hour real estate sales associate pre-license course. Facilitated by real estate broker Loyal Ritter, this entry-level course is required by the state of Florida to earn a real estate license and qualify to take the state exam, which is offered separately. To register, visit SCF.edu/Training, click on the Professional Development category from the left-hand navigation menu and select the Real Estate subcategory.

The course will take place Tuesday and Thursday, September 7-November 18, from 6-9 p.m. at SCF Lakewood Ranch, 7131 Professional Pkwy., Sarasota. Registration is $299 per person and includes the textbook “Let’s Get Started.”
